By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these CGU without reservation. If you reject, do not use Miraye.
You must be of legal age and have the ability to contract. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Professionals: you guarantee the accuracy of your profile (identity, diplomas, certifications). Miraye can perform identity checks and suspend/delete an account in case of abuse.
Miraye is an intermediary : we are neither party to contracts, nor employer of professionals. The services are provided by the professionals, under their full responsibility. Miraye offers no professional advice. The contents and opinions only bind their authors.
Reservations in real time via the professionals' calendar. Payments processed securely by our provider Stripe. Miraye does not store card data. The applicable service fees and commissions are indicated before payment. Professionals are responsible for their fiscal and social obligations. Cancellation / refund: see the applicable policy displayed at the time of the reservation.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information (profile, rates, conditions). Comply with local laws (consumer protection, taxation, professional practice, advertising). Honor appointments and deliver compliant service. Do not divert clients through fraudulent means. The client base remains confidential from other users. Ensure confidentiality of Client information.
Provide accurate information and respect booking conditions. Do not request services contrary to law or these Terms. Respect cancellation deadlines and arrival times for appointments.
You are responsible for content (texts, images, reviews, articles). Prohibited: unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, counterfeit, or privacy-violating content. License: you grant Miraye a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display your content solely for platform operation. Reviews: must be honest and based on real experience. We may hide or remove abusive reviews.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR). Private communications are encrypted in transit. Payment information is processed by Stripe. Competent supervisory authority: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonia). Privacy policy.
Identity theft, fraud, mass data extraction, spam. Circumventing payment systems, fake bookings, incitement to illegal acts. Reverse engineering, load testing without agreement, or security breaches.
Miraye, its logo, design and code are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Professionals retain their rights to their content. They guarantee they have the necessary rights to publish it.
Reporting tool accessible via the Report button on each profile/content. Processing procedure: automatic acknowledgment of receipt, priority examination of manifestly unlawful content, possibility of suspension. You can contest a moderation decision via contact@miraye.com.

Sessions conducted online via our video conferencing platform may be recorded and/or transcribed at the request of the Professional or Client, in compliance with applicable regulations.

13.5. Security and confidentiality
Miraye implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your recordings and transcriptions (communication encryption, restricted access, secure hosting, regular audits).

Any breach of these obligations exposes the Professional to sanctions (account suspension, legal action) and engages their personal liability.
13.7. Transfer outside EU
Some technical providers (e.g., Daily.co) may be located outside the European Union. In this case, appropriate safeguards are in place (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield certification, etc.) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to GDPR.
13.8. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without justification. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, contact contact@miraye.com.
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the complete absence of errors. Miraye is not responsible for services provided by Professionals or decisions made by Clients. To the extent permitted by law, our overall liability is capped at the amounts of fees received by Miraye for your use of services over the last 12 months.
Service provision: if execution occurs before the expiration of the legal period, the Client acknowledges requesting immediate execution and may waive their right of withdrawal according to applicable law. Digital content provided immediately (ebooks, downloads): no right of withdrawal after download, in accordance with EU law. Professionals must properly inform consumers (pre-contractual documents, forms, legal information).
You can delete your account at any time from settings. Miraye may suspend or terminate an account in case of Terms violation or abusive use.
These Terms are subject to Estonian law. In case of dispute and failing an amicable agreement, jurisdiction of Estonian courts (Tallinn), subject to mandatory provisions applicable to EU consumers. EU consumers can use an alternative dispute resolution body and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
We may modify these Terms. In case of substantial change, we will inform you. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
